Terms of Service

1. About ChatClick

ChatClick ("we", "our", "us") provides AI visibility audits that show how local businesses appear across AI search engines including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. By using our service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

ChatClick offers:

  • Free AI visibility scans — a summary of how your business appears in AI search results
  • Paid full reports ($19 one-time) — detailed query breakdowns, competitor analysis, source intelligence, and actionable recommendations

Reports reflect a snapshot in time. AI search engine results change frequently and we make no guarantee that results will remain the same after your audit is completed.

3. Payments

Paid reports are charged as a one-time fee at the time of purchase. We do not offer subscriptions. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Due to the instant digital delivery of reports, refunds are generally not offered. If you believe there is a fault with your report, please contact us at ryan@chatclick.io and we will resolve it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to audit
  • Use the service to scrape, reproduce, or resell audit data at scale
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our systems

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, analysis, and content generated by ChatClick remain our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use your purchased report for your own business purposes.

6. Disclaimer

Reports are provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI search engine data, the completeness of competitor analysis, or the impact of any recommendations on your business performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatClick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant report.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
